Please read these terms carefully before using the 333ko platform. By using our services, you agree to all of these terms.

This platform is for people aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.

1. General Provisions

333ko ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online entertainment and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 333ko and all of its users.

By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service on the platform, you unconditionally agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy apply equally to you and form an integral part of these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

The following terms carry specific meanings throughout these Terms:

  • "User" — any person who is registered on the 333ko platform or wishes to register.
  • "Account" — a user's personal registered profile on 333ko.
  • "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in a user's account.
  • "Bonus" — any additional incentive money or reward granted by 333ko.
  • "Platform" — the 333ko website and all associated services.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Meeting the following eligibility criteria is mandatory in order to create an account and use services on 333ko:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must be a legal individual with the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract.
  • Using online gaming services must be lawful from your location.
  • Each person may operate only one account.
  • All information provided during account registration must be true, accurate, and complete.

2.1 Registration Process

You are required to provide accurate personal information when creating an account. If false or misleading information is provided, 333ko reserves the right to close your account immediately, and no balance or bonus will be returned in such cases.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, or IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts, and all deposits and bonuses may be forfeited.

3. Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your 333ko account secure. Keep your login credentials, password, and any verification codes confidential.

  • Never share your account password with any third party.
  • Use a strong password and change it regularly.
  • Always log out after using a public or shared device.
  • If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all transactions and activities carried out from your account. 333ko will not be liable for losses resulting from your account credentials falling into someone else's hands; however, if it is proven that a technical error occurred on our end, we will conduct a review.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

333ko handles all financial transactions exclusively through Bangladesh's Mobile Financial Services (MFS). All deposits and withdrawals must be completed through the following designated methods:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
  • Nagad — the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
  • Rocket — the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
  • Upay — the mobile payment service of United Commercial Bank.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Both limits apply equally across all methods listed above.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if verification or security checks are needed.

4.3 Financial Verification

333ko may at any time request identity verification, source verification, or additional documentation. Failure to provide the required information or documents may result in delayed or suspended transactions.

4.4 Your Account Only

You may only deposit into your 333ko account from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and such transactions may be reversed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

333ko offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms apply to the use of each offer.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳22,000 will earn a ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
  • 333ko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If a bonus is used in a fraudulent manner, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • Separate terms apply to VIP cashback and other promotions.

5.4 VIP Program

The 333ko VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Users are elevated to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty.

6. Permitted Use & Prohibitions

When using the 333ko platform, you must abide by the following code of conduct:

6.1 Permitted Activities

  • Playing the platform's games for personal entertainment.
  • Keeping your account information accurate and updating it when needed.
  • Setting and adhering to gaming limits responsibly.
  • Contacting our support team for any issues or questions.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor or helping them access the platform.
  • Using the platform for illegal money laundering or fraudulent activities.
  • Attempting to manipulate the system through bots, automated software, or any form of technical interference.
  • Engaging in collusion or coordinated cheating with other users.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
  • Registering with a false or stolen identity.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform or attempting to hack the system.

If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities above, 333ko reserves the right to immediately close your account, forfeit deposited funds and bonuses, and take legal action where necessary.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming activity on 333ko follows fair play principles. Our platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino, and sports betting.

7.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the relevant funds will be returned to the balance.

7.2 Fair Play Assurance

The outcome of all our games is determined through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and transparent. 333ko is committed to ensuring fair play.

7.3 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to a server error, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, 333ko will make a decision based on system logs. In such cases, our decision will be considered final.

7.4 Sports Betting

In the sports betting section, bet outcomes are determined based on results obtained from reliable international sources. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or incomplete, action will be taken in accordance with the applicable rules for that bet.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

333ko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

  • If any part of these Terms is violated.
  • If there is failure to verify identity or evidence of false information being provided.
  • If fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
  • Upon instruction from a court or law enforcement authority.
  • If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

8.1 User-Initiated Account Closure

You may request to close your own account at any time through our support team. Verified balances may be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled.

8.2 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

333ko is committed to providing a safe and reliable platform. However, we will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

  • Losses arising from a user's own negligence or failure to comply with the Terms.
  • Issues arising from third-party technical failures (internet service, mobile network).
  • Unexpected circumstances (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.) that are beyond our control.
  • Potential losses resulting from temporary service interruptions during system maintenance.

Under no circumstances will 333ko's total financial liability exceed the amount of the relevant transaction.
